Announcing The Merger Of Condo Owner Editions
Eleven years ago we started the magazine “for the business of buying, selling, owning and enjoying gulf coast condominiums.” We created two separate and distinct editions, one for the Alabama/Perdido Key Gulf Coast and another essentially for Florida’s Emerald Coast.

Through the years we’ve stretched into Mississippi, tipped into Louisiana and latched onto Panama City Beach’s explosion. As the markets have grown together, so have the demographics, geographics and psychographics of our readers. Many readers own real estate in several markets. We travel from one to another to purchase goods and services, to be entertained, to eat and to shop.

So, it is with great excitement that with this issue of Condo Owner we officially merge the separate editions together as one. From news, to design, to the business of buying, selling and owning condos on the northern gulf coast, you will benefit from expanding editorial coverage. Advertisers will benefit from a broader distribution (we are even adding newsstand distribution throughout the South).
