Guest Feedback Helps Royal American Craft The Best Beach Getaways

According to Leonard, in 2017, over 72 percent of Royal American guests surveyed found the company’s service to be exceptional or above average. Worth every penny!”

While happy with the 2017 Guest Satisfaction Survey results, Dorsey, who interacts with guests regularly, expects the 2018 survey scores to significantly improve. “Now that we’ve brought the majority of our housekeeping services in house, we know that guest satisfaction will increase,” she said.
